Medical Evaluation & Prescribing Policy

Effective Date: November 2, 2026

Provider-Led Care Model

Cyberdrip Health provides provider-led care exclusively through licensed medical professionals. All treatment recommendations and prescriptions are based on an individualized medical evaluation conducted by a qualified healthcare provider.

This policy outlines how Cyberdrip Health approaches medical consultations, prescription issuance, and treatment decision-making to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.

All Treatments Require Medical Consultation

A consultation may include review of:

  • •Complete medical history and current health status
  • •Current medications and supplements
  • •Lifestyle factors and health goals
  • •Diagnostic testing where appropriate
  • •Assessment of clinical appropriateness for requested therapies

No treatment or prescription is issued without appropriate clinical review by a licensed provider.

Prescriptions Are Not Guaranteed

A consultation does not guarantee that medication or treatment will be prescribed. Prescription decisions are based exclusively on the clinical judgment of the evaluating provider.

Providers determine what is medically appropriate based on diagnostic findings, current medical literature, and professional standards of care. Patients requesting specific medications or treatments will be evaluated fairly, but the provider retains the authority to decline prescriptions or recommend alternative care pathways if a requested therapy is not clinically appropriate.

Providers Determine Medical Appropriateness

Treatment recommendations are determined by licensed medical providers based on:

  • •Individualized clinical evaluation
  • •Diagnostic findings and biomarker analysis
  • •Current evidence-based medical literature
  • •Professional judgment and clinical experience
  • •Applicable regulatory and legal requirements

Additional Testing and Evaluation Requirements

Some services may require additional laboratory testing, imaging, or in-person evaluation before treatment recommendations can be made. If the provider determines that additional evaluation is necessary, patients will be informed of this requirement during consultation.

Patients are responsible for completing recommended testing and providing results to their provider before final treatment decisions are made.

Telehealth Limitations and In-Person Referrals

Most care at Cyberdrip Health is provided in person at our Aventura clinic. Some visits may be offered by telehealth when clinically appropriate, and certain situations require an in-person visit or a referral, including:

  • •Physical examination and clinical assessment
  • •Advanced diagnostic testing or imaging
  • •Injectable or procedural therapies
  • •Conditions requiring specialized evaluation

Regulatory Compliance

Cyberdrip Health follows applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing telehealth practice, prescribing authority, and medical licensure. All providers are licensed healthcare professionals operating within the scope of their credentials and state law.

By scheduling a consultation with Cyberdrip Health, you acknowledge your understanding of this Prescribing Policy.
