Every service is at its clinic price plus one concierge visit fee based on where you are. No per-service markups.

In-Home Lab Draw
Zone 1 included; Zone 2 +$50, Zone 3 +$120. Labs billed separately.
Sick Visit at Home
Rapid strep, flu, COVID and UTI testing included at home.
After-Hours or Weekend Urgent Visit
Evening and weekend care when a provider is available. Not for emergencies.
IV Therapy
The full general menu: Hydration $175, Myers $249, the $275, $325 and $375 tiers, and Longevity $450. After a consult and labs: NAD+ ($299–$850), high-dose vitamin C, iron and methylene blue.
Tox
Every area at clinic price: Forehead & Glabella $375, Masseter $600, Trap Tox $1,100, and the rest.
Filler
Per syringe: 1 for $750, 2 for $1,400, 3 for $2,000, 4 for $2,550. For established filler patients only.
Tox Parties
Concierge fee waived in Zones 1–2. Guests pay clinic prices, the host receives 20 units free, and a $100 deposit is collected per guest.

A few simple rules.
A $50 deposit is collected at booking and applied to your visit. Cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours ahead (24 hours for tox parties) for a full deposit refund; later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
